Volume Measurement
Using active stereo vision and RGB-D segmentation with volumetric algorithms, the system
delivers pixel-level detection and millimeter-level measurement accuracy
Package size measurement
The smallest measurable volume is 50mm x 50mm x 1mm, and the largest measurable volume is 1600mm x 1100mm x 800mm.
Dynamic/Static Measurement
It can measure packages of any shape or surface type in high-speed sorting environments (2 m/s), thereby improving transport efficiency.
Bulk Measurement
Supports multi-camera 3D stitching with a built-in algorithm, covering up to 1800 × 1800 × 1800 mm with ±20 mm accuracy.
Irregular Volume Detection
It can accurately measure the volume of irregularly shaped packages, soft packaging, reflective parts, thin parts, and other special-shaped packages.
Appearance and Function
Integrated multi-module design with precise visual capture and built-in optical imaging. Supports industrial-grade data transmission and embedded vision hardware for high-accuracy volume measurement.
Installation Height
Supported installation heights range from 0.6 meters to 2.0 meters. There are no strict requirements for the installation angle; it can be installed vertically downwards (with a tolerance of ±5°).
