Physical Retail
Data-Driven Manage
Leverage data insights to boost manage efficiency & customer satisfaction
Project Background
Zandokh is a Cambodian fashion retail brand with stores in major cities like Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. It sells men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing through both physical stores and online channels, and aims to improve store management efficiency and customer experience as it grows.
To better monitor store operations and improve service efficiency, we decided to introduce a digital customer traffic counting and operational analysis system to enable data-driven management of offline stores.

Project Requirements
Passenger Traffic Data
Continuously track the number of customers visiting the store
Data Analysis
Analyzing customer traffic trends during different time periods.
Data Correlation
Combining sales data with customer traffic data
Customer Experience
Use data to optimize staff scheduling and customer service
Solution

Intelligent traffic counters at each store entrance collect real-time data, aggregated on a unified platform. This enables analysis of traffic trends, conversion rates, and sales by store, time, and region, and links with the POS system to correlate traffic with purchases for informed business decisions.
Project Benefits
Data Transparency
Quantitatively assess passenger traffic volume and conversion efficiency
Enhance Experience
Optimize staffing levels based on peak passenger flow data to improve efficiency
Strategy Development
Data guides precise promotion, merchandising, and event decisions
Improve Efficiency
Regional managers track stores in real time for better resource allocation
